Berenisse Parra

Registered Nutritionist by the Nutrition Association of the United Kingdom (RNutr), with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of the Valley of Mexico and a Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.

I have more than five years of experience in nutritional consultations. I have worked with patients from Mexico and abroad, offering personalized solutions to promote healthy and sustainable eating.

My approach moves away from restrictive diets and focuses on providing practical tools and nutritional education so that my patients can take control of their diet, develop positive habits, and improve their long-term well-being.

Currently, I also collaborate in the development of food products, which allows me to integrate science, innovation and nutrition in each professional recommendation.
